INNERVIEW Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the conditions for using INNERVIEW (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by Setters Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). By completing a reservation, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 1 (Purpose and Definitions)

  1. The purpose of these terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the customer regarding the use of spaces and various facilities/equipment provided by the Company.
  1. Key definitions are as follows:
    • “User” refers to any customer who uses the spaces and services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms.
    • “Space” refers to all indoor and outdoor areas operated by the Company that users can access, including but not limited to photo booths, waiting areas, and finishing spaces.
    • “Equipment” includes photography equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting, etc.) as well as all items and installations provided for user experience and convenience (furniture, tablets, projectors, HVAC systems, etc.).

Article 2 (Reservation and Usage Conditions)

  1. This service operates on a reservation-only basis. Users must enter accurate personal information at the time of reservation.
  1. Usage time is based on the reserved time. The Company is not responsible for any lost time due to lateness or personal reasons.
  1. Unauthorized occupancy outside of the reserved time may incur additional charges.

Article 3 (Responsibility for Use of Space and Equipment)

  1. Users must use INNERVIEW’s spaces and equipment for their intended purposes and with due care. Users may not move, dismantle, or reassemble equipment or furniture without prior consent from the Company.
  1. If damage, contamination, flooding, or other harm occurs to the space or equipment due to the user’s intentional actions or negligence, the Company may charge the user the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  1. The Company will assess the damage based on the site situation, notify the user, and proceed with the compensation process accordingly.

Article 4 (Minors and Guardian Responsibility)

  1. Users under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Solo use by minors may be restricted.
  1. When accompanied by minors, the guardian is fully responsible for any damages or accidents involving the facility or equipment, and may bear civil or criminal liability.

Article 5 (Service Restrictions and Termination)

  1. The Company may restrict service use or cancel a reservation under the following circumstances:
    • Intentional or repeated misuse or malfunctioning of equipment
    • Unauthorized manipulation, damage, or contamination of space or equipment
  1. In such cases, users are not entitled to any refund or compensation for service interruption.

Article 6 (Refund and Change Policy)

Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the “Refund Policy” specified separately on the Company’s official website.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from the following:
    • User negligence or personal circumstances leading to data loss or equipment malfunction
  1. However, if damage is caused by the Company’s gross negligence, it may assume responsibility in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 8 (Amendments to the Terms)

  1. These terms may be amended in response to applicable laws, changes in company policy, or modifications to service content.
  1. Users with reservations made before any amendments may discontinue their use if they do not agree with the updated terms.
