INNERVIEW Refund Policy

This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to reservations and services provided by INNERVIEW (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). By making a reservation, users are deemed to have agreed to this policy.
Article 1 (Reservation Changes and Cancellations)
- All reservations can be changed or canceled up to 3 days before the scheduled shoot date.
- Changes or cancellations are not permitted from 2 days before the shoot date up to the day of the shoot, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
- There is no separate change process. If you wish to reschedule, please complete a new reservation for the desired time slot and then cancel your existing reservation.
Article 2 (Refund Criteria)
- If a cancellation request is made at least 3 days prior to the shoot date, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
- If a cancellation request is made from 2 days before the shoot date up to the day of the shoot, or if the user does not show up at the reserved time (no-show), no refund will be issued.
- No refund will be given if the user fails to arrive at the designated entry time, resulting in the service being unable to be provided.
Article 3 (Refund Process)
- Cancellations and refunds can be processed via the My Page section on the Company’s website.
- Depending on the payment method, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the refund to be completed.
Article 4 (Exceptional Refunds)
In the following cases, full or partial refunds may be issued regardless of the scheduled shoot date:
- If normal shooting is not possible due to equipment failure, system errors, natural disasters, or similar issues caused by the Company
- If the reserved service is not provided due to an error on the part of the Company
Article 5 (Policy Notification and Legal Compliance)
- This refund policy is posted on the website https://innerview.today and applies based on the reservation date.
- This policy complies with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- However, as this service is a customized offering provided at a specific date and time, withdrawal of consent may be restricted under Article 17(2) of the Act.
